Policies/Requirements

To ensure everyone's safety and enjoyment, we have some policies and requirements in place. These policies and requirements are necessary to maintain a positive experience for all participants. POLICIES
  • Deposit: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot on the trip.

  • Cancellation: If you need to cancel your trip, please let us know as soon as possible. Refunds are available according to the following schedule:

    • 60 days or more prior to departure: 75% refund

    • 31-59 days prior to departure: 50% refund

    • 30 days or fewer prior to departure: no refund

  • Changes: If you need to make changes to your trip itinerary or dates, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

  • Medical concerns: If you have any medical concerns or dietary restrictions, please let us know when you book your trip so we can make the necessary arrangements.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Age: Participants must be at least 18 years old unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

  • Fitness: Participants should be in good physical condition and able to carry a backpack with personal gear and a share of group gear (approximately 25-40 pounds).

  • Experience: Some backpacking experience is recommended, but not required.

  • Gear: Participants are responsible for providing their own personal gear and clothing (see our gear list). Some group gear will be provided.

  • Responsibility: Participants are responsible for following all safety guidelines and regulations, and for treating the environment with respect.
